We can provide dedicated project management expertise, on site or remote to manage complex change. We specialise in financial services.

We have experience in managing a range of projects including developing new products/propositions, regulatory change, legal/mergers, delivering strategic change and developing and delivering new target operating models.

Richard Hubbard - Director

Rich started his career in Marketing and proposition development. Specifically he spent the first 11 years of his career designing and delivering pension schemes for Aviva. in 2008 Rich joined Cofunds to head up their retirement proposition where he spent 3 years improving, designing and launching a range of SIPPs working with companies such as L&G, SIPPCentre and Suffolk Life.

In 2011 Rich started his first company to offer freelance proposition development and project management experience. Since then he has worked with a range of clients including NFU Mutual, Lloyds Banking Group, Bravura Solutions, Invesco, Sanlam, The Money and Pensions Service, EQ, Phoenix (Standard Life) and The West Midlands Pension Fund.
