We have over 25 years experience in financial services and specialise in both proposition development and helping client with managing major change.

We can provide dedicated project management expertise, on site or remote to manage complex change. We specialise in financial services.

We have experience in managing a range of projects including developing new products/propositions, regulatory change, legal/mergers, delivering strategic change and developing and delivering new target operating models.

Delivery Matters can also support you via range of videos and templates. Our videos are short and snappy and designed to explain how to employ various project management techniques. Our templates get you started on documenting your change process.

Richard Hubbard - Director

Rich started his career in Marketing and proposition development. Specifically he spent the first 11 years of his career designing and delivering pension schemes for Aviva. in 2008 Rich joined Cofunds to head up their retirement proposition where he spent 3 years improving, designing and launching a range of SIPPs working with companies such as L&G, SIPPCentre and Suffolk Life.

In 2011 Rich started his first company to offer freelance proposition development and project management experience. Since then he has worked with a range of clients including NFU Mutual, Lloyds Banking Group, Bravura Solutions, Invesco, Sanlam and The Money and Pension Service.

Rich is married to Hannah and lives with their 2 boys in South Norfolk.
